What is Covered?
Our products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to all products purchased directly from us or from an authorized reseller.
What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidental or intentional damage
- Improper use or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel
How to Get Warranty Service
If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will need to verify the warranty and then arrange for the product to be returned to us for inspection.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
If the product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
